Taper Roller Bearing (Four Row)
TQO TQOW Two pairs of directly mounted bearings comprising two double inner races, two single and one double outer race, with an inner race spacer and two outer race spacers. These types are used on roll necks of low and medium speed rolling mills, being applied to the necks with a loose fit. When the fillet and/or filler rings do not already have lubrication slots, they are provided in the faces of the bearing inner races (type TQOW). Slots in the inner race spacer permit lubricant flow from the bearing chamber to the roll neck. The inner race spacers are also hardened to minimize face wear.

TQITS TQITSE These four-row bearings consist of two pairs of indirectly mounted bearings: two single and one double inner race, four single outer races and three outer race spacers. The relevant faces of the inner races are extended so that they abut, eliminating the need for inner race spacers. The indirect mounting of the bearing pairs increase the overall effective spread of the bearing, to give optimum stability and roll rigidity

TDO - Double Outer Race This has a one-piece (double) outer race and two single inner races, and is usually supplied complete with an inner race spacer as a pre-set assembly. This configuration gives a wide effective bearing spread and is, therefore, frequently chosen for applications where overturning moments are a significant load component. TDO bearings can be used in fixed (locating) positions or allowed to float in the housing bore - for instance to compensate for shaft expan- sion.

TDI - Double Inner Race TDIT - Double Inner Race with Tapered Bore Both comprise a one-piece (double) inner race and two single outer races, and are usually supplied complete with an outer race spacer as a preset assembly. TDI and TDIT bearings can be used at fixed (locating) positions on rotating shaft applications. For rotat- ing housing applications the double inner race of type TDI can be used to float on the stationary shaft. It is sometimes used on rotating shaft applications where a loose fit is required for ease of removal. Type TDIT has a tapered inner race to facilitate removal when an interference fit is essential, yet regular removal is required.
Cylindrical Roller Bearing (Four row)
Four-row bearings provide extremely high radial capacity for heavy-duty roll neck applications in metal rolling mills. This design uses the highest-quality carburizing-grade bearing alloy steels to resist wear and shock under heavy rolling loads.
Slewing ring bearings, spherical roller thrust bearings, angular contact thrust ball bearings single direction, spherical roller bearing, cylindrical roller thrust bearings are available. Outside diameter ranging from 150mm to 4339.2mm.
